KwikNet subscribers are required to provide us with their name, address, phone number and credit card information. In addition, we require subscribers to select a unique UserID and password.

Use of Collected Information

KwikNet uses their subscribers' names, addresses and phone numbers to contact them should the need arise. Credit card information is used to bill subscribers for the services provided by KwikNet. Subscribers' UserID's and passwords are used to gain access to KwikNet's services. In addition, they are used to identify and protect subscriber information.

Disclosure of Personal Information

KwikNet does not sell, lease, rent, or loan personal information about its subscribers. Personal information may include, but is not limited to, subscriber's name, address, phone number, credit card information, and password. KwikNet can -- and subscribers must understand they authorizing us to -- disclose any information about them to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate.

By being a KwikNet subscriber, you agree to accept this Privacy Policy and are aware that it may change from time to time. This Policy will be available for subscribers to read, and notification about any changes to it will be posted on our web page.
