On or about 01-March-2005, "kn/" prefixed User names will
no longer allow you to connect to KwikNet.  To prevent
service interruption, please make sure that you are using
your KwikNet E-Mail address as your User name before
01-March-2005.

To check and/or change your User name:

1.  Load Internet Explorer

2.  From the top menu bar, click "Tools"

3.  From the pull down menu, click "Internet Options"

4.  In the "Internet Options" window, click the
    "Connections" tab.

5.  Double-click the selection for KwikNet in the
    "Dial-up and Virtual Private Network setting" text box.

6.  In the "User name" text box at the bottom of the window,
    verify that your KwikNet e-mail address has been
    entered.  Your e-mail address should be entered in all
    lowercase letters and be in the form of: myid@kwiknet.net
    Where myid is your UserID.

7.  Click the "OK" button

8.  Click the "OK" button
